PetitParser2 is not loading from catalog in Pharo6.1

There are some errors when loading Roassal. I suppose it is because PP2 depends on #development version. I don't remember why it depends on #development, but I am thinking to switch to #stable. What I see in ConfigurationOfMoose, Moose depends on #development version though. So I am not sure if it is a good idea. What is the "recommended" way?
