Pharo 8 64 bit image fails to launch

I just downloaded Pharo Launcher and downloaded Pharo 8.0 - 64bit (Stable)
I created an image but when I try to run it, I see the below Console entries and the process disappears.

Im running Catalina on a MacBookPro.
