@sean can you check if this fix is still necessary in Pharo5.0?

We fixed two or three other MCCache related issues. If this issue does not occur in Pharo 5.0, we may

backport the other fixes to Pharo 4.0

Don't I want the cache as fallback? Not all repos are reachable all the
time. The same version number is more of a Monticello issue than a
Metacello one, I'm not sure working around it here is the right thing.
Please convince me
