PharoJS Documentation

I started a documentation on how to use PharoJS at http://car.mines-douai.fr/pharojs/.

So, far it covers:

- download/ install, 

- evaluate expressions in the PharoJS workspace and see them perform on a web browser

- running tests in Pharo (e.g. using the plain TestRunner) that perform some code on a web browser. The assertions are performed in the Smalltalk world :-)

- exporting javascript file from Smalltalk classes to make a standalone app.
