Pier and problems with files

Hi everybody! I found a bug with files management in Pier. Some time ago, I said in a thread that the "cancel" button when you are adding a component, doesn't work. First you are asked for a name and a type. If you put cancel there, it works. Suppose I choose Component and click "add" and go to the second windows, where you can choose the component, and you click "cancel" this won't prevent the component to being created. In this case, what I need to do is to remove it then using remove command.

After mentioning that, now I have a bigger problem. Suppose I add a file. In the second windows, I don't upload any file and put cancel. The structure is created (as the other case) but now, I cannot remove it because if I click on the file, instead of having the lists of commands to the file, the download popup of the browser is open. Look my attached file (the file is "aaa"). So.....how can I remove them this file/structure from my pier website ?

In addition, suppose I choose a picture and upload the file successfully. Now I want to remove it. How can I do this? because if I click on the file (from my environment) it is displayed in the browser as I attach in my other screenshot. So, I cannot go to "remove" command.
