Pillar html export clickable headers

Peter Uhnak
Hi,

I have a small feature request for Pillar to be considered -
clickable/linkable headers in html output. Often I want to link someone to specific chapter of a document.

For example in Sphinx documentation http://sphinx-doc.org/tutorial.html#autodoc each section has an id and when you hover the header with mouse there is a ¶ symbol I can click on.

It seems to be related: we have integrated Roassal into Pillar. When .html is generated, we keep the interaction.

Try: Example.pillar.html
