Please move ProcessHealthView to a general package

The ProcessHealthView is a nice general widget but being in a Store package

makes it messy to use without Store loaded. It would be nice if it were moved

out of the Store namespace and package so it can be used without store loaded.

I guess that would also include SpinnerIcons.
