Prerequisites for Database Connection

There is Development System in prerequisites for Database Connection. I
suppose it's not good for deployment and can produce error in deployment
stage.

No, the dependencies are from two classes in the 'Development' category,
which will be stripped out early on before Lagoon checks for dependencies on
the development system. Ideally they should be separately packaged, but for
historical reasons they are not.
