Problem with new install of 8.6 on Windows 10

I installed 8.6.1 and things started fine. Then I uninstalled it and installed 8.6 and I'm unable to even bring up the environments list:

There is an environments.dmp file that does not get removed when uninstalling VA Smalltalk.  The format of this file changed between 8.6.0 and 8.6.1 and is not backward compatible. It is located in %appdata%\Instantiations\VA Smalltalk\8.6\.  You should delete this file and then try starting Environments again ,
