ProportionalLayout indexForInserting: aMorph at: aPoint in: owner missing

Why does ProportionalLayout not have an implementation of
   indexForInserting: aMorph at: aPoint in: owner ?

I was trying to drag-and-drop columns and couldn't get
them to be reinserted att the right position.
