I have been asked to shift gears and come up with some marketing/promo
material justifying the use of Smalltalk. However, just telling prospects to surf whysmalltalk.com ain't good enough :) i.e. I'm talking about a professional quality press kit which among all things specific to one's product should be able to provide info to potentially uninformed and misguided prospects. Concretely for now: Some of the links citing Computer World awards for JP and Penn State seem to be dead. If anybody knows where I can get both of these articles from the web and hopefully in a form that is printatble it would be appreciated. The Linea Engineering function point analysis link is dead. A simple sorted list of known projects / companies which have used or use Smalltalk. Also, if anybody has condensed material handling the "why smalltalk" objection and is willing to share it I would appreciate it. I have always thought that the community should have a specific and kept up to date "presentable" white paper handling the "why smalltalk" objection which could be provided to sales teams. We all should not need to come up with our own. Maybe there is ? :) thanks in advance, -Charles -- http://www.nycsmalltalk.org http://monteirofusion.blogspot.com |

I remember seeing a big and colorful printed Cincom brochure filled with
dozens of beautiful fortune 500 company logos. That could serve as a nice name dropping resource, too. Andre Charles A.
