Hi all,
while trying to update a 10281 on the closure (exupery) Linux VM I'm running into random failures like DNUs, failed network access etc. I'm running ubuntu in VirtualBox. Has anybody seen anything similar? Maybe I should try to build a "normal" Linux VM, just to check... Under Ubuntu 9.04, Exupery VM 3.10-3 , Pharo crashes while saving a package on local package cache with Monticello. Same image, ok with windows in virtualbox. It was ok with my previous Ubuntu 8.10. What version of Ubuntu are you using? I'm running 8.04 here and it's stable. I wonder if it could be something with running in VirtualBox, but that seems rather far fetched. I'll try to reproduce your exact problem here. I just worked a few hours and everything seemed ok. just an idea: it could be related to the network code, as a least the failure in my case seemed to occur relatively early when checking the repositories.
