We seem to be getting in a very interesting area I reckon: source code management, project hosting, persistence, ticketing/issues ....! Doing something like this would mean using the API more and I just wonder what GitHub's terms of service considers "excessive frequent API requests"?
I would really really appreciate if someone could explain in a bit more detail (and dumbed-down) for people like myself :)
