At StS 2011, I was asked about the license for the Facebook code I wrote in VisualWorks. I deferred that question to Cincom, as it was written on their dime. I never did get an answer though, so I'd be interested in knowing whether or not that code can be shared under some OSS license, or whether Cincom considers it to be proprietary.
