just load the Pier package from SqueakMap into a fresh 3.8 image. It
will automatically load all required prerequisites such as Kom,
Seaside, Magritte, etc.

Dont woorry, I sussed it, it owuld be helpful to mention that Squeakmap
needs refreshing/updating before attempting to do anything.
