If you look in the repository, you'll see a AJP-GemStone-Core package ;-)  
It's even in the Metacello configuration. It has two problems:
- It's totally untested
- If I understood correctly WAServerManager doesn't really work well with  
multiple Gems

I will take a look ... regarding WAServerManager. I've added the  
WAGemStoneRunSeasideGems which is designed to work with multiple gems ...  
you are able to specify the ServerAdaptor that you want to use there...
