Here the next changeset, which removes direct references to various tools
and also direct references to ToolSet and StandardToolSet.

Note, that after file in, you should issue

Smalltalk resetTools.

as a postscript.

We need to register new tool - #codeCompletion in full image.
Next step will be to replace all implementation in ToolSet with "Smalltalk  
tools ... " idiom.
And then deprecate ToolSet and StandardToolSet

(we will open new issues)
