Would anyone be interested in working with these? We need the information
for writing detections for Moose.

Fixed. Finally :).

So, now we can analyze pragmas from within the parsed model.

Ok doru so will you push annotation to core?
Because I was just using this exact attributes to package attributes :)

Yes, we will move them into the Core.

to test some <package: > :)
and understand how to fix the PragmaProcessor and friends.
Anyway. I tagged all the java extensions with <package: #Java>
