Actually tools don't run LongTestCase.

So if we want to keep it we should provide a setting to turn them on / off  
(Hudson should turn on).

I will add the Setting and see.

Fix in Inbox: SLICE-Issue-4132-LongTestCase-add-tools-support-DamirLaurent.1

- LongTest are run by default (so they will be run by Hudson)
- Add a setting in System / Run Long Test to enable / disable them
- Comment :)
