Still not working in 1.3. Move that to 1.4. I agree it's annoying, but no  
one has been able to fix it yet.

In 1.4 we will not have this problem as there we don't have a Full image  
that is build from a Core image.
(which adds this bug).

So what do we do?

Marcus, you can't be sure about that. Because if it happens in dev image is  
may be probably because of a package or something we are loading. If that  
is one of the thing you will add in Pharo 1.4, then you are in the same  
situation.

Any of the thousands of closed bugs could re-appear at any point. Yet we  
close them.

A bug that could re-appear in the future is not open.

I propose: we add the inialization call as a workaround in the Devimage  
build script (1.2 and 1.3).
