I'm not speaking for Apple in any way but i hope license restricts delivering the interpreter, not the packaged application. If your application does not support executing arbitrary (independently downloaded) interpreted code you're ok. The reason behind this restriction seems to be Apple's temptation to control what can be run on iPhone.
