React.js

horrido
I just read an article that said React.js is slowly replacing AngularJS as the JS framework for front-end programming. Angular is still going strong, but React appears to be gaining popularity. Perhaps we should integrate Amber with React? Get ahead of the curve...

I asked first ;-) https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/amber-lang/YxWQs-4_AqQ but got no reaction :-(
But I did not mean it so literally (integrate with), i would be against _tight_ integration.

OTOH, if someone thinks it is worth it, a tight integrration can be spun off a s fork project, with the blessing from core Amber side. I would rather go in a way of "make it possible and easy to mix those two", but still having them apart.

Re: React.js

Well, that's only with respect to performance. Even the article states that all the frameworks are likely fast enough to meet your needs.

Sorry, you're right. I didn't mean integrate tightly; I meant just provide a means of using Amber with React.
