Removing loose methods

PackageBrowser - removing a loose method from a package doesn't update the
list unless you force it to by selecting/unselecting another package.

Thanks Ian. I was still working on the package browser's updating to keep up
with system changes when beta 4 was cut, so you may find that it fails to
keep up with updates to most things.
