ReportEditor error

Ian,

  I've just downloaded from your site and installed the "IDB Report"
and it fails to print, to preview and to setup printer.

  All fails like this:

Printer(Object)>>error:
Printer>>showPrintDialog:selectionRange:
Printer>>initialize
Printer class>>new
RichEditPresenter>>printer
RichEditPresenter>>printPreview
Symbol>>forwardTo:
CommandDescription>>performAgainst:
...

 It seems that PRINTDLG structure in Dolphin 5.1 base is not in Dolphin
6 base, so I've imported the class and it worked.

The PrinterCanvas related classes were missed out of the Dolphin 6.02
release.  In an earlier post on the subject Blair said ...

"Yes, sorry about that. We'll included it in the next patch. Until then
you can download it from:

http://www.object-arts.com/lib/update/Dolphin/6.0/Dolphin%20Common%20Print%20Dialog.pac"
