SMALLWIKI file upload

hi,

Does anybody know how to implement with smallwiki a file upload with a
page layout like this one http://wiki.cs.uiuc.edu/CampSmalltalk/UPLOAD ?
How does it work exactly?
Is it with the method "fileUploadWithCallback:aBlock"?
What kind of block is necessary?I suppose an istance of Filename but
it doesn't work.
