STS - if you don't save package can you get editions?

TimM-3
This is an STS question (not bug) - I happened to lose my image (due to MS
patch restart) and I had created a new class in a package but hadn't yet
saved the package.

It seems to me that STS isn't like Envy - in that I can't get that unsaved
class? I resorted to using Ian's chunck browser - but it left me thinking
that this adjusts my usage pattern for STS... I assumed that like envy,
everything I did went into the repository, and when I did a Save Package
that was just labeling one of those many operations. This doesn't seem to be
the case - or am I missing something? Is there some way to view deleted or
as yet unsaved classes?

Tim

STS does not store "open editions" in the sense ENVY does.

A new edition will be created only when you "save" a package into
repository.

Best regards,

No that I know.
The open edition is the one you have in your image, so you can't
compare two opened and non-versioned/labeled editions (as you can
with ENVY).
