SVI project now works in 4.1#10145

The SqS repo is read-only, so while I'm waiting to hear from sps, I put the mcz file up at http://www.squeaksource.com/SPDProjectUpdates.

From the SqS original project page:
> When you install SVI, please execute the following two lines:
