SYSTEMTIME bug?

Hi all,

in inspection of this expression: SYSTEMTIME new

you can see an invalid SYSTEMTIME in the flipper inspector.

this is in an Win XP in spanish.

The method that fails is

Locale>>printSysDate:format:flags:

and I never can get a healty SYSTEMTIME

Try 'SYSTEMTIME now'.

SYSTEMTIME class>>new exists so one can create a zeroed structure to pass to
an external library call, but the result is not a printable SYSTEMTIME.
