Not particularly important but the Samples folder is still being installed
and there doesn't appear to be a switch to make it optional (as the release
notes seem to imply?).
Simply deleting the folder works fine though - the installer doesn't attempt
to replace it.
BTW, Double clicking on a D4 image now brings up D4 and a D5 image brings up
D5 so it looks like that has been sorted.
