ScriptManager bugs

Hi Mariano,

I've fixed:

 - #perform:orSendTo: problems
 - the "cancel" dialog behavior (#isEmpty -> #isEmptyOrNil)
 - text messages
 - drag and drop of scripts
 - the code to use theming now (Polymorph)
 - to use shout workspace (if available) for "tear off"
 - a crash when you tried to "import" a non existent file
 - the export to warn if file exists
 - ...

The metacello configuration is updated, just use ConfigurationOfScriptManager
in version 1.0.
