Scriptaculous Draggable (or Sortable) question

Is there a way to take different actions with a Draggable for normal drag
vs. control-drag (control-key down and then drag and drop)? Where would I
start?

Check-out the Prototype and script.aculo.us forums. There is certainly
a way to do this, but probably this will involve some JavaScript
programming.
