Scrollbar bug

Hi All,

When you right-click (the one which doesn't open the halo) on a scrollbar
anywere but on the thumb, then it'll open the menu and will scroll to the
end. Either the menu or the scrolling should not be there.

That out of control scrolling, definitely not..
