Which version of Pharo and which Browser are you using?

You'll need some refactoring tools which means either
OmniBrowser+Refactoring or Nautilus (I think it has them) and which one
you can use is dependent upon the version of Pharo you want to use.

If you search Strings or text inside Strings, write the string somewhere, select it or put the cursor at the end and press Ctrl+Shift+E. To do more advanced rewrites you should learn the tree pattern matching meta-characters, and the refactoring browser API to execute them.
