Searching for a presentation from perhaps ESUG 2013

I was told that during one of the 2013 presentations, someone describe two companies which merged. One company's staffing as ~225 while the others was ~25, the second being a Smalltalk-based application.

I am trying to track down the specific details of that.

Any recollections or pointers to the details would be greatly appreciated.
