A retest:

Seaside 3.0 still installs fine in the most recent Squeak4.1#10216

  (Installer ss project: 'MetacelloRepository') install:
'ConfigurationOfSeaside30'.
  (Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfSeaside30) load.
  (Smalltalk at: #WAServerAdaptorBrowser) open.
