Seaside 3.X for upcoming Pharo-dev 1.2

Pharo-dev 1.2 gets more in more into shape, so
the question comes up on plans for a Seaside 3.X
for Pharo 1.2.

Looks like it basically runs but some tests use
Preferences. See also:

It's kinda hard to test as long as OB is not working.
