First, thanks to Tobias for testing, debugging, fixing and sharing
this stuff. Thanks to him I could finally issue 41. I'm not happy that
we have to configure the server, port and credentials on the
application but I really don't see a better way to do it. It's the
only thing we have that is configurable. If anybody has a better idea
I'd be happy to hear it.
