[Seaside] Mac VM 5.4b2 ships

I've push the latest cocoa based 32/64bit macintel/powerpc Squeak VM  5.4b2

There seemed to be a drawing problem, which pointed to an issue with the definition of drawRect:, this should be fixed.
Fixed the open file dialog so that it only lets you open *.image files, versus *.changes
Fixed an issue with leaking NSCursors on cursor changes.
I altered the behaviour of the resize window box, now when you click it changes the cursor back to an arrow.

Squeak 64-32 5.4b2.app.zip

This *beta* VM runs in 32 or 64 bit mode on macIntel, and 32bit mode on powerpc to support Squeak 32bit images.
Includes the freetype plugin, and requires  os-x 10.5 or higher.
