Seaside3.0 on Pharo4

Hi all,

For those of you who also need Seaside 3.0 to be on Pharo4 (like me), there is a 3.0.16 version that loads and works in Pharo4.

Obviously, this is a legacy release just to make Seaside 3.0 work with Grease1.1 on Pharo4. 

Releases for the 3.1 (stable branch) or 3.2 (dev branch) were already made before, so this applies only to those wanting to maintain some project that uses Seaside 3.0 but want to upgrade to Pharo4.
