Sending SOAP messages over HTTP with basic authentication

Lieven Vandegaer
Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with sending SOAP messages over HTTP
with basic authentication (username and password)? Sending SOAP messages
over normal HTTP is fairly simple, but we wonder if it is
possible/difficult to have this HTTP secured with basic authentication.

Thanks in advance,
Lieven

RE: Sending SOAP messages over HTTP with basic authentication

Kogan, Tamara
It depends how you send the soap messages. If you use the WsdlClient to
send Soap messages you will need to set authentication for the
#transportClient (http client)
