Shout plugin for Scribo

Hi all,

I wrote a Shout plugin for Scribo, to highlight Smalltalk code in wikis
and blogs. I must say it's inspired from Shout-Pier.

The Smalltalk parser is quite fast, on my computer (Intel Core 2 duo
2Ghz) WikiRender class parse and render more than 2000 lines of
Smalltalk code in less than 1 second!
