I don't think moving to V8.6.2 will help, it is probably a good idea anyway but I don't think it will solve this problem. This is just a guess, I would look at Windows settings that define have things like numbers, dates, times and the like get displayed. I doubt VA Smalltalk tests to see if it is running on Windows 7 or 10 and displays numbers differently based on that.
