Small D6 Bug: No start menu item created for unlocked image

Bernhard Kohlhaas-7
After installing D6 and rebooting, I started the "Fresh Install" icon of
D6. I entered my license key and specified the target directory in the
default location. D6 then created the image file there and I saved and
exited the image.

However D6 did not create a start menu icon for the new image (like D5
did). No big problem, since I was able to create one myself, but it
should be fixed (assuming that the problem is reproducible).

Best Regards,
Bernhard

It's not a bug, it's just a change in the way the system works as
documented at:
