Small suggestion

When the PB is putting up a popup box to warn of some possible unwanted action
like overwriting existing methods, it would be useful if it duplicated the
message to the Transcript.  That would make it easier to follow up on the
warning (with or without loading the package) and take whatever corrective
action was required.
