SmallSpotlight not in public store

I can't seem to find SmallSpotlight in the public store anymore.  I recall some conversation about this being an apple trademark or something and was wondering if the name of the tool was changed?  I had it loaded a while ago and loved the functionality and would like to load it into my current version.
