There are a couple of places that will do Smalltalk hosting. I've used zoku.net, I believe that the netstyle.ch folks do Smalltalk and Seaside hosting. However, many hosting places now will give you a user mode linux or other virtualized setup where you have effective control of the (virtual) machine and can run any software you like.
