Smalltalkhub error while committing on someone else public repo

Luc Fabresse
Hi all,

I try to commit on a public repository (http://smalltalkhub.com/mc/marianopeck/LZ4/main) and I always get

Error: Could not save LZ4Compressor-LucFabresse.14.mcz: ZnHttpUnsuccessful: 500 Internal Server Error

 Any idea?

Cheers,

#Luc

have a look at the various instance and temporary variables in the
context of the error to get more information about what happened.

Hi Luc,

in smalltalkhub there is no such thing as "public" repository, in the sense of "allowing public contributions", you  need to be added to the repository.
yes, this is annoying, there is an upcoming change to allow public inboxes :(
yes, therm "public" can be misleading :((
and finally, yes... error message could be more clear :)

Is it the debug button? ;-)

I am sure I knew it but I forgot ;-)

yes!
we should change it in "Read access" or something like that.

and finally, yes... error message could be more clear :)

yes!
I also noticed that the help link that were there on Smalltalkhub disapeared.

Cheers,

Luc
