Maybe it is a time to try to run for some Google Summer of Code project
too:

We can apply as a mentoring organization or joining Squeak one. Joining
Squeak will probably be easier, so let we track what Squeakers are
doing. Last year Giovanni Corriga was a major force behind and I hope he
will step up this year too.
