SplitJoinTest broken by new Regex version

After the update of VB-Regex (http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=1639 
), the test SplitJoinTest>>testSplitStringOnRegex fails. Does somebody  
know what's wrong and how to fix it?

Oscar fixed this in

Also this newly reported regex bug

    http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=1727

seems to refer to a bug in the old version.
