Squeak5.1rc2-16535-32bit once unzipped fails, but if you navigate to Show Package Contents /Resources and drag and drop the image into a previous Spur (3410) image opens

Have you tried moving the VM somewhere out of the Download folder?

This is a known bug. IIRC the more recent Mac VMs work, but haven’t been packaged up yet.
